  1. Navigate to 'Account' > 'My Orders' inside your app interface and tap your specific order entry.

  2. Click 'Return Item' (this button displays exclusively alongside eligible, returnable items). Select the return reason from the dropdown and upload diagnostic photos displaying condition labels.

  3. In-Store Drop-Off: Select this option to receive an instant In-Store Return Barcode via the app. Walk straight into the brand's physical flagship store inside Dubai Mall, hand the item to the associate, and let them scan your barcode.

  4. Courier Reverse Pickup: Select this option to schedule a courier pickup from your address. A driver will arrive within 24 to 48 hours to collect the item. Note: Items must be handed over in their original packaging with all product tags fully intact.
